Ceramic art-geisha: palace composition include both dancing and melody,  most of these tunes were  composed for special application, and were performed in different occasions. In Tang dynasty the palace composition was in a period of great prosperity, some of these palace tunes were for celebration, some were for greetings, banquet, and some were for funerals, these tunes were of various topics, but one thing they shared in common was that all these tunes were played for the palace activity. Among these tunes, several were very famous that even the common people were familiar with their melody.
